Sorry  I haven’t posted anything in a while! I’ve been busy with work and started taking an intro baking course at night (not that I need it but it’s a requirement to take other courses I want). I’d talk about the course but it’s not gluten-free, so until I convert the recipes to gluten-free ones, you won’t hear/see much about it. Hopefully I’ll have plenty of time next weekend to post about all the pumpkin related goodies I’ve been baking!
