So… I’m going vegan. Wish me luck! Haha. The plan is to go vegan (possibly raw vegan) for a month and then very slowly introduce items back into my diet, leaving meats for the absolute last. Some people might be mad at me for using this as a type of “cleanse” but that’s exactly what I’m doing. I eat fairly healthy but am still having some issues with my stomach and skin so I thought I’d try going vegan; in my opinion it’s much better than trying medicines/drugs/spending ridiculous amounts of money to see specialists. I might find that I feel best being a vegan or vegetarian and stay off meat permanently, but I’m not going to make that call until I see how this new lifestyle is.
